This page explains how Kalbal users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Kalbal account and associated data, please send an account deletion request to our privacy/support email address.

Email: codeshopstudio@example.com

Please send the request from the email address associated with your communication with Kalbal, if applicable, and include enough information for us to identify the account that you want to delete.

If your Kalbal account does not have an email address associated with it, please provide your Kalbal display name and any other information reasonably necessary to help us identify your account.

What Happens After a Deletion Request?

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and associated personal data that we are not required or permitted to retain.

Data that may be deleted

  • User profile information, such as display name
  • Anonymous account identifier associated with the account
  • Messages and conversation data associated with the account, where applicable
  • Group-related user information, where applicable
  • Online and last-seen information associated with the account
  • Notification information associated with the account
  • Token balance associated with the account
  • Other account-related information that is no longer required

Data that may be retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required or permitted by applicable law, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or enforcement of applicable terms.

Where information is retained for these purposes, it will be handled in accordance with the Kalbal Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Processing of Deletion Requests

We may need to verify a deletion request before processing it in order to prevent unauthorized deletion of another user's account.

Once the request has been verified, we will process the deletion within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Token Purchases

If you have purchased Kalbal Tokens through Google Play, deletion of your Kalbal account does not automatically cancel or reverse completed purchases. Google Play may retain transaction information as required under its applicable policies and legal obligations.
